This motto, which is inscribed in Latin above the main doorway of the church, is the inspiration and force that has constructed our magnificient Church and the work of God that generations of New Bedford Catholics have done out of love for the Lord. A church this big and beautiful takes a large amount of money to operate and renovate - a sum larger than the parish of Saint Anthony's can support itself. So we ask you to prayerfully consider whether you can help support Saint Anthony of Padua Parish.
